Wow! This is such a very informative site. I specially like THE FAMOUS FAMILIES IN LIPA. It makes me imagine in awe how life in Lipa was during those golden years. Mabuhay tayong mga LipeƱo!
I’m so happy that you made such a wonderful and informative site that will surely attract more people to visit our place…LIPA! Can I make a request? Since our place is blessed with beautiful places, may you include some of the magnificent and historic churches that were built during the Spanish era. Thank you and more power.. Viva LIPA!!!
Thank you for the wonderful comment…I believe we only have one church here in Lipa that was built in the colonial period. It’s the Cathedral de San Sebastian…
Is Spanish still spoken today by some families in Lipa City? Is it still taught in schools? If not, is there any desire to bring some Spanish language back to the city, perhaps in an effort to attract Spanish-speaking tourists?
